From its earliest projects in the Yucatán jungle, Chablé has developed a distinct language where wellness, architecture, and landscape coexist with quiet ease. Now, that vision extends beyond hospitality into a new chapter: residential communities designed to inhabit the territory with the same sensitivity that defines the brand.
In the coming years, Chablé will develop three residential projects across some of Mexico’s most singular landscapes: the Yucatán Peninsula, the Valle de Guadalupe, and the Costalegre coastline. Each community carries forward the principles that have shaped its hotels—design that responds to the environment, a deep connection to nature, and experiences centered on well-being.

Yucatán: Residences in the Jungle
The starting point lies alongside the resort that first defined the brand. At The Residences at Chablé Yucatán, homes are seamlessly integrated into the Mayan jungle, allowing vegetation and architecture to exist in quiet dialogue. Open layouts, expansive terraces, and a fluid relationship between interior and exterior spaces define each residence.
Private pools and areas designed for rest are integral to the project, offering residents access to the resort’s renowned wellness and culinary programs, while preserving the intimacy of their own living spaces.

Valle de Guadalupe: Among the Vines
The next destination unfolds in the Valle de Guadalupe. Here, Chablé is developing an intimate residential enclave of just 10 homes, surrounded by vineyards and desert landscapes.
The contemporary design incorporates regional materials, open terraces, and spaces that celebrate the ritual of wine—cellars, fire pits, and outdoor areas conceived for gathering. All complemented by the brand’s signature approach to hospitality and gastronomy.

Costalegre: Facing the Pacific
Further south, along the preserved coastline of Costalegre, Chablé is developing a community within the Tezcalame Reserve. Homes overlook the Pacific Ocean, set between tropical jungle and architecture that prioritizes natural materials and sustainable practices.
The project brings together residences and a hotel within an environment where well-being unfolds between the sea, the spa, and spaces designed to engage with the landscape without sacrificing privacy.

Across all three destinations, the design is guided by a shared principle: integration with the land. Architecture adapts to its surroundings, shaping a daily experience where time, silence, and a connection to nature become essential elements of living.
With this expansion, Chablé extends its vision into the residential realm, proposing a new way of inhabiting Mexico—one that understands well-being as an integral part of everyday life.
