The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler introduces a refreshed way to experience the season, blending wellness, gastronomy, and nature-driven experiences designed to embrace the beauty of spring.

This is one of the best times to visit: ski season is still in full swing, yet the longer days invite guests to slow down and enjoy the surrounding landscapes alongside thoughtful culinary moments.

The Spa: A Space to Slow Down

One of the resort’s most notable updates is the complete renovation of its spa. The redesigned space reflects the calm of the natural environment that surrounds it—an intentional contrast after a day on the slopes of Whistler Blackcomb.

Ursa Lounge and Nature-Inspired Treatments

The new treatment rooms are designed so that the experience begins even before the massage. Afterward, many guests move into the Ursa Lounge, a serene relaxation space where the ceiling recreates the Ursa Major constellation through hundreds of small lights. Guided meditation sessions are also offered here.

Several treatments draw directly from the region’s natural elements. One incorporates locally sourced botanical ingredients, while another focuses on post-activity recovery, ideal after skiing or hiking. The resort also offers weekly yoga and Pilates classes, alongside a fully renovated fitness center.

Braidwood Tavern and The Memoir Cocktail Program

Braidwood Tavern remains one of the hotel’s most vibrant spaces. At the heart of the experience is its cocktail menu, The Memoir, where each drink represents a memory or life chapter.

The menu itself is presented like an illustrated journal, with drawings and typography that make the experience feel personal and immersive. Among the highlights is a cocktail featuring reposado tequila, elderflower, and hibiscus notes, light and floral in character. There are also richer options with whisky or cacao, as well as non-alcoholic creations that maintain the same level of creativity.

The program was developed in collaboration with beverage consultant Nils Schabert, a detail that is evident in every element.

SIDE CUT Steakhouse

The culinary journey continues at SIDE CUT Steakhouse, where the executive chef presents a seasonal tasting menuthat evolves throughout the year.

The focus is on ingredients from the Pacific Coast and British Columbia: fresh seafood, crab, bison, and locally sourced produce from nearby regions such as Pemberton. The result is a menu that feels both grounded in place and refined in execution.

Private Residences: A Different Way to Experience Whistler

For those traveling with friends or family, the resort’s private residences offer a more spacious and private way to experience Whistler. Located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, just minutes from the village, they combine the comfort of a private home with full access to hotel services.

The Sanctuary: Elevated Mountain Living

Among these, The Sanctuary stands out as one of the resort’s most elevated accommodations. With four bedrooms, a private terrace, and panoramic views of the Coast Mountains, it offers the feeling of a mountain home enhanced by the signature service of Four Seasons.
