Born from the vision of Andrés Saavedra and Tara Medina, MUSA offers a way of living and traveling where nature is not only admired but inhabited—a space where every visitor becomes part of a life experience that evolves with its surroundings. Conceived as a creative community, the project merges residential living, boutique hospitality, and wellness practices, all centered around mindful design, sustainability, and human connection in harmony with the natural world.

Hotelito
MUSA’s boutique hotel features 13 oceanfront rooms, designed with principles of minimal intervention and deep respect for nature. As part of the Design Hotels network, its modern, minimalist architecture incorporates local materials such as tropical wood, stone, and artisan textiles, creating an immersive atmosphere where every texture echoes the surrounding landscape. With its open-air spaces and tranquil setting, Hotelito invites guests to slow down and inhabit the moment—gently, intentionally, and in tune with time.

Casa MUSA & the Hideaways
n addition to the hotel, the project includes Casa MUSA—a private beachfront retreat for up to 24 guests, complete with a saltwater pool, a palapa bar, and safari-style suites designed for gathering and rest.
Scattered throughout the property’s biopools and lush tropical flora, the Hideaways are 35 sustainably built residences. Each one features handcrafted finishes, water-harvesting systems, solar panels, and private gardens, combining privacy and ecological awareness.

A Commitment to the Land
From its inception, MUSA has embraced sustainability as its core value. The site’s infrastructure was developed to minimize environmental impact, incorporating waste management programs, composting, greywater recycling, solar energy, and soil regeneration through permaculture practices.
