HISTORY
Soho House was founded in 1995 by CEO Nick Jones, initially as a group of private members’ clubs catering to those in the film, media, and arts industries. With 33 iconic houses across 14 countries, the brand boasts over 25 years of rich history and tradition. While each Soho House location is unique, they all stay true to the core essence that defines the brand.
The Soho House hotel group was originally created as a community space for like-minded, creative individuals. Today, the renowned Oxfordshire retreat has become one of the most coveted destinations in the UK.
THE HOTEL
Soho Farmhouse reimagines traditional countryside living with a creative vision led by Jones and the Soho House Design team. The estate beautifully combines contemporary minimalist style with the warmth and authenticity of vintage, cozy furnishings, evoking a genuine sense of home. Unlike many of the group’s private clubs, Soho Farmhouse allows non-members to stay simply by booking a room.
The expansive property boasts over 60 accommodations, ranging from historic 18th-century buildings to the original farmhouse offering seven rooms, and an antique cabin with four rooms. Guests can explore the open countryside and picturesque gardens. Drawing inspiration from the cabin culture of upstate New York, which blends rustic living with modern comforts, the property features studio cabins, lake-view rooms, and cabins of various sizes—perfect for family trips or romantic getaways.

HUTS
Recently, two new types of cabins have been added to the Farmhouse experience: the Field View Huts and Farm View Huts. Tucked behind the lake shed, these 20 huts offer ultimate relaxation and privacy, complete with charming amenities like a mini-bar, wood-burning stove, personal terrace, and an outdoor wooden bath. With high ceilings and panoramic windows, these cabins seamlessly connect the indoors with the serene outdoors, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside or the farm.
Infused with rustic-chic elegance, the cabins feature vibrant greens and yellows against calming gray walls and wood accents. The Field View Huts provide sweeping vistas of the countryside, while the Farm View Huts offer a more intimate connection to the farm. These huts are conveniently located near the main house, ensuring easy access to all amenities while maintaining the exclusivity that defines Soho Farmhouse.
EXPERIENCES
Soho Farmhouse is a haven of possibilities, featuring soccer and tennis courts, a recreational camp with games for children as young as two years old, and cooking classes for culinary enthusiasts.
