Inspired by the legacy of Arab communities that have left a deep imprint on Mexico, Alfil offers more than a unique gastronomic proposal—it redefines how these two culinary worlds engage in dialogue. Here, the spiced flavors of the Middle East find perfect balance with the depth and boldness of Mexican ingredients, resulting in a menu that awakens both curiosity and appetite with every bite.

The journey begins with a mezze selection featuring hummus, jocoque, baba ganoush, and sikil pak, the Yucatecan classic made from pumpkin seeds that takes on a new dimension in this context. From there, try the Golden Chicken, one of the menu’s standout dishes: roasted chicken in a yellow curry inspired by Arab cuisine, served with cashews, xnipec, yogurt, and chile oil. On the drinks side, the rose water lemonade is the perfect pairing—fragrant, refreshing, and subtly sweet.
