Since its opening, Chuí has established itself as a space where wood-fired cuisine, refined technique, and culinary intuition come together naturally. Each visit is designed to be savored slowly, through flavors that feel both familiar and unexpected. Now, the restaurant expands its offering with a weekend brunch available every Saturday and Sunday.

The new menu is a curated journey that reflects the diverse influences of the kitchen team and the creative freedom with which they build their culinary universe. Mexican staples like chilaquiles, international favorites such as eggs Benedict, and a Mediterranean touch with shakshuka all make an appearance. The menu travels further south with mbejú, guava pastafrola, and alfajores, alongside a soul-warming grilled cheese sandwich—a reminder of why certain classics endure. Every dish on Chuí’s brunch menu is crafted to accompany the morning authentically, steering clear of the predictable.

The food is complemented by a thoughtfully designed beverage list for those seeking fresh ways to start the day. Expect specialty coffee, cold-pressed juices, matcha and turmeric-based drinks, and a light cocktail selection—with mimosasleading a journey from freshness to celebration.

Beyond the culinary offering, the experience evolves as the day unfolds. Starting at noon, a rotation of guest DJs and selectors introduces a new rhythm to the space. The music flows seamlessly, never overpowering, creating a dynamic atmosphere that adapts to each visitor’s pace.
With this new chapter, Chuí reaffirms its identity as a place of connection and exploration—a restaurant that sees the table as a gathering point and gastronomy as a language in constant renewal.
