Few drinks have stood the test of time with as much poise as champagne, the martini, and the negroni. Three iconic cocktails with distinct origins, all sharing one thing: their ability to spark great conversation. At El Tigrillo, they’re being reinterpreted through a new, refined cocktail menu.

This new lineup revolves around these three classics but with a technical and sensorial approach that’s carefully curated. Each drink is crafted to highlight its ingredients, honoring the proportions and structures that made them timeless—while in some cases offering original interpretations.

The martini takes center stage. From the choice of vermouth to the degree of dilution, everything follows a precise logic of balance. The result: a polished, elegant drink.

The negroni, on the other hand, plays with subtle nuances. These variations stay true to the original, but allow new expressions of gin or vermouth to emerge.

Champagne, always a staple, is served at its best—whether as an opening gesture or a sparkling epilogue.

Leading this cocktail program is Daniela D’Acosta, partner and beverage director at El Tigrillo, who champions a cocktail philosophy that relies not on embellishment, but on deliberate choices.
“We like to work with products that speak for themselves. The liquor is the star,” she explains.

This philosophy results in a short but intentional cocktail list, where each drink reflects a clear purpose and is served with thoughtful calm.
