MOVIES
Scary Movie 6 (June 4)
After 13 years (appropriately enough), the latest installment of the beloved comedy franchise returns with its signature parody of American horror films, blending laughs with plenty of references to contemporary culture. The film is directed by Michael Tiddes, best known for A Haunted House and 50 Shades of Black.
The cast includes comedy favorites Anna Faris, Marlon Wayans, Shawn Wayans, Regina Hall, and Dave Sheridan, among others.
Backrooms (May 29)
This cinematic adaptation of the viral creepypasta of the same name promises to be one of the most anticipated horror releases of the year. Created by Kane Parsons, the story unfolds inside a mysterious furniture store that gradually reveals hidden rooms arranged like an endless labyrinth.
As the characters explore its eerie corridors, they encounter strange creatures and face the possibility of disappearing altogether. It’s a compelling example of a new generation of horror narratives that blur the line between the impossible and the unsettlingly plausible.
Masters of the Universe (June 5)
For millennials, 2026 marks the return of one of the most beloved stories of childhood. Masters of the Universe revisits the origins of He-Man and his epic battle against Skeletor to reclaim his lost world.
Directed by Travis Knight, the highly anticipated remake features an impressive cast including Nicholas Galitzine, Jared Leto as Skeletor, Camila Mendes, Idris Elba, and Morena Baccarin.
Toy Story 5 (June 19)
Times have changed, and the toys now face a new common enemy: technology.

Sugar (June 19)
The search continues for detective John Sugar, played by Oscar-nominated actor Colin Farrell.
