TUDOR expands its Daring Watches collection with a new release that is impossible to overlook: the Black Bay Chrono 39 “Bumblebee.” A chronograph that embraces contrast, personality, and uncompromising technical performance.
Its domed yellow dial, paired with black sub-counters, makes the Bumblebee one of the brand’s boldest creations to date. Following in the footsteps of the widely recognized “Pink” and “Flamingo Blue” models, this new reference further reinforces TUDOR’s ability to challenge convention through color.
But the Bumblebee’s appeal goes far beyond its striking appearance. At its heart beats the Manufacture Chronograph Calibre MT5813, a COSC-certified movement equipped with a silicon balance spring, column wheel, vertical clutch, and a power reserve of up to 70 hours. The result is a combination of precision, reliability, and high-performance engineering designed to meet the highest standards.

The 39 mm stainless steel case, crafted from 316L steel, maintains balanced proportions thanks to its slim 13.1 mm profile. TUDOR’s iconic Snowflake hands, a hallmark of the brand’s dive watches since 1969, have been optimized to ensure exceptional legibility against the vibrant yellow dial.
Every detail has been carefully considered, from the new MK2-style knurled pushers to the three-link bracelet fitted with the T-fit clasp system, which allows for tool-free micro-adjustments of up to 8 mm across five positions.
With the Black Bay Chrono 39 “Bumblebee,” TUDOR continues to explore a more expressive side of watchmaking—one where technical excellence and bold design coexist in equal measure.
