This summer, Cosme is trading its Manhattan dining room for the courts. For the first time, Enrique Olvera’s celebrated restaurant is making its way to the US Open, bringing its distinctly Mexican point of view to the tournament just steps from Arthur Ashe Stadium.
A New Take on Stadium Dining
Rather than simply recreating the restaurant’s menu, the collaboration plays with the idea of what stadium food can be. Familiar favorites are given a Cosme twist, creating a menu that moves between elevated Mexican cooking and the comfort of game-day classics. The result feels perfectly suited to the US Open, where long afternoons, late matches, and the energy between courts are all part of the experience.
Among the highlights are Pekin Duck Flautas, made with Cosme’s signature duck carnitas and mole, alongside Suadero Tacos, Aguachile Negro, Branzino al Pastor, and Grilled Gobernador Tacos. The Double Burger takes a more unexpected turn, pairing New York cheddar with chile morita mayonnaise, caramelized onions, and chiles toreados. Summer Corn Esquites and Patatas Salsa Macha round out the menu, bringing seasonal ingredients and Mexican flavors into the mix.

From Corn Husk Merengue to Fresas con Crema
Dessert keeps the connection to Cosme intact. The restaurant’s signature Corn Husk Merengue with vanilla ice cream makes an appearance, as do Fresas con Crema, offering a softer, sweeter finish after a day in the stands.
The drinks follow the same spirit. Cocktails created for the occasion include the Dobel Tequila Ace Paloma, Cosme’s Classic Margarita, and El Ninja, while Coconut Horchata and Hibiscus Agua Fresca offer refreshing non-alcoholic alternatives. The Grey Goose Honey Deuce, the tournament’s signature cocktail, will also be available alongside a selection of wines and Champagne.

Where Cosme Meets the US Open
There is something particularly natural about Cosme arriving at the US Open. Olvera’s cooking has always explored the relationship between Mexican tradition and contemporary New York, and this collaboration takes that dialogue into a completely different setting. Away from the restaurant’s dining room, the experience becomes more casual and spontaneous, designed to be enjoyed between matches and amid the unmistakable buzz of the tournament.
For the US Open, it also adds another layer to the experience beyond the tennis itself. Food has become an increasingly important part of the culture surrounding major sporting events, and Cosme brings a distinctly New York interpretation of Mexican cuisine to the mix.
Open throughout the US Open from August 23 through September 12, 2026, Cosme will be serving its tournament menu just outside Arthur Ashe Stadium, offering fans the chance to experience one of New York’s most celebrated restaurants in an entirely new setting.
